Constructed of silvered bronze in the shape of a flag with red and blue enamels, the reverse with a horizontal pinback assembly, marked by the Moscow Mint and numbered 26, measuring 26. 0 mm (w) x 30. 6 mm (l), a scarce badge in extremely fine condition.
