Constructed of gilded silver with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an eight pointed radiant star, with a central raised and enameled Hungarian tricolor flag, set within gilt laurel branches carrying ten small round cut synthetic diamonds, the reverse with visible rivets securing the obverse flag and branches in place, with a raised barrel hinge and tapering vertical
