A large, framed wartime studio portrait depicting a Gebirgsjger Enlisted soldier in uniform and wearing a Bergmtze, with the edelweiss sleeve shield clearly visible, set on a large card stock backer, above a handwritten inscription bearing the soldiers name, indicating that he was killed in action on 25 May 1942 during the Second Battle of Kharkov, with an additional Iserlohn studio mark, set within a wartime black frame with the
