Constructed of gilded tombak with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, with a central white enameled disc bearing a black enameled mobile swastika, within a ring of red enamels bearing a gilt inscription of NATIONAL SOZIALISTISCHE D.
