If you have narrow feet or are between sizes, we recommend sizing down by half a size. Not sure? Exchanges are always free so don't hesitate to try a size. Update (Effective April 2026): We made a small adjustment to our shoe lasts, resulting in a slightly wider fit through the instep. If you're reading reviews from before this date, sizing advice may no longer apply
