Vineyard tactics included pruning to two bud spurs, shoot removal, bunch thinning and canopy management to ensure the best ripeness and quality. The Rose Garden Ros is named for the largest heritage rose garden in the southern hemisphere which was crafted with consignment roses from the famous Kew Gardens
