Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a German State Crown, surrounding a central square and red enameled medallion with a black and white checkered centrepiece, the reverse with a single visible rivet, unmarked, measuring 11. 78 mm (w) x 18. 93 mm (h), in extremely fine
