In my opinion it would not take too much restoration to make this look very good especially if you were going to have it linen backed and framed

three additional pinholes in and around the wizard

fold wear including a small tear at the center fold intersection on the left vertical fold line plus a tiny tear on the top intersection on the center vertical fold line
