The Norwegian constitution had been adapted to the union before it was entered into

the lid with a gilt inscription of “LUFTWAFFEN-FLUGZEUGFÜHRER-ABZEICHEN”

the obverse consisting of a Kriegsmarine-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika

illustrating crossed rifles with fixed bayonets surrounded by a wreath of cherry blossoms

Constructed of 23 kt Gold, Platinum, and bright red enamels, the obverse with a leftward facing profile of Lenin in Platinum surrounded by a wheat wreath with a red enameled star at 9 oclock, a red enameled hammer and sickle at 6 oclock, and a red enameled flag from 12 to 4 oclock inscribed (Lenin) in script, the reverse bears three small rivets where the obverse is attached to the award, marked with the
